TPG Capital-backed communications providers RCN, Grande Communications and Wave Broadband completed the acquisition of EnTouch Systems, a full-service provider of broadband, TV, voice, security and home automation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As part of Grande Communications’ service network, we will continue to focus on providing customers with high-quality technology and customer service.
