IAD completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Neximo Holding.

IAD, the French real estate network, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Neximo Holding, a Mexican real estate broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. Since 2015, IAD has started to expand internationally by opening subsidiaries in Portugal, Spain and Italy. The entry into the capital of Neximo Holding will allow the group to continue its geographic deployment thanks to the Neximo network of real estate agents located in Mexico.
