Victory Capital, an independent investment management firm, completed the acquisition of a 15% stake in Alderwood Partners, a London-based investment advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment in a proven M&A capability provides Victory Capital with a number of compelling strategic advantages. It significantly broadens our international scope for future growth, particularly in the UK and on the European continent.
