Apax Partners agreed to acquire Odigo, an omni-channel cloud platform that supports companies in the management of their customer interactions, from Capgemini, a provider of consulting, technology, professional, and outsourcing services, for $331m. “Odigo is now a European leader in CCaaS solutions.
