TravelWifi to acquire Wifi Republic.
Synopsis
TravelWifi, the Houston-based telecommunications company, agreed to acquire Wifi Republic, a provider of mobile Wi-Fi solutions in Indonesia. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It just makes sense for Wifi Republic to join the growing family of TravelWifi companies. The acquisition further strengthens our goal to become a global leader of mobile Wi-Fi solutions,” Wallace Davis, TravelWifi CEO.
