TravelWifi, the Houston-based telecommunications company, agreed to acquire Wifi Republic, a provider of mobile Wi-Fi solutions in Indonesia. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It just makes sense for Wifi Republic to join the growing family of TravelWifi companies.
