Synopsis

Investment group Impala agreed to acquire Alès Groupe, a France-based manufacturer of hair care, skin care products and perfumes, for €13.5m. The purchase includes the hairdressing division of Franklin Roosevelt Coiffure et Beauté, Laboratoires Ducastel, Alès Groupe Distribution, Boy-Diffusion and Distri-Coiff.
