Audax-backed Proud Moments, a provider of applied behavioral analysis therapy to children with autism, completed the acquisition of Attentive Behavior Care, a specialized provider of applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism and developmental disorders. Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership will further extend Proud Moments’ market leadership position on the eastern seaboard.
