CLEAR completed the acquisition of Brokerbility Holding.

CLEAR, an independent chartered insurance broker, completed the acquisition of Brokerbility Holding, a parent company of BHIB Insurance Brokers, a company specialising in commercial and industrial risks, and Churchill Insurance, a provider of property and casualty insurance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a brilliant deal for CLEAR and everyone involved with Brokerbility, BHIB and Churchill.
