S&B Infrastructure, one of the largest privately-owned engineering firms in the state of Texas, agreed to acquire the fuels business of Cape Environmental Management, a construction engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled at the prospects the acquisition brings to S&B and our clients.
