CoolSys, a HVAC building products provider, agreed to acquire Carolina Refrigeration Services, a commercial HVAC and refrigeration company, which serves customers in South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a very strategic acquisition for CoolSys.
