Panama Dairy Ventures to acquire Estrella Azul from Coca-Cola.

Panama Dairy Ventures, a multi-Latin group, which operates in the food industry of the Central American region, agreed to acquire Estrella Azul, a Panamanian dairy company, from Coca-Cola. Financial terms were not disclosed. A statement from the Coca Cola Company said that Panama Dairy Ventures belongs to the multi-Latin group that operates in the Central American active in the food industry and mass consumption.
