Cementos Molins, a construction solutions company, completed the acquisition of the Alicante white cement terminal and business from Çimsa, a company that operates in white cement production. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this new operation, we incorporate white cement into Cementos Molins’ integrated business model in Spain, with a wide range of portland cement, aggregates, concrete, mortars, prefabricated products, calcium aluminate cement, urban environment and waste recovery, and we strengthen our position as a supplier of construction solutions and materials,” Julio Rodríguez, Cementos Molins CEO.
