Superior Essex, a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of wire and cable products, and Furukawa Electric, a manufacturer of wires, cables, and metal products, formed Essex Furukawa Magnet Wire, a provider of magnet wire that is used by most major original equipment manufacturers in the automotive, energy, and industrial sectors.
