The Ardonagh Group completed the acquisition of Lloyd Latchford Group.

The Ardonagh Group, an insurance company, completed the acquisition of Lloyd Latchford Group, a specialist retail broker with a particular focus on the motor sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
