Allocate Software, an international provider of workforce and resource planning solutions, completed the acquisition of Selenity, a cloud based provider of HR and finance process management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With a world-wide shortage of health and care professionals and ever-increasing demand for care, even before the pandemic, the effective and efficient functioning of HR processes is proving itself to be mission critical.
