Castles Technology completed the acquisition of Spire Payments.

Castles Technology, a global payment solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Spire Payments, a European based electronic funds transfer at point of sale terminal solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition delivers a perfect match between the two companies, with complementary strengths bringing a new fresh approach to the payment market.
