Aquiline Capital Partners-backed CodeBlue to merge with MADSKY.

Aquiline Capital Partners-backed CodeBlue, a restoration claims management company, agreed to merge with MADSKY, a building restoration services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Both CodeBlue and MADSKY utilize technology-enabled claims delivery models that benefit insureds, insurance carriers and contractors.
