Greenbriar Equity to invest $500m in Uber Freight.

Greenbriar Equity Group, a private equity firm, agreed to invest $500m in Uber Freight, the trucking business of Uber, at a $3.3bn valuation. “We are thrilled to be moving into the next chapter with Greenbriar by our side as a partner with deep expertise and a shared passion for simplifying logistics.
