Valvoline to acquire 21 VIOC centers from Westco Lube.

Valvoline, a worldwide supplier of premium branded lubricants and automotive services, agreed to acquire 21 VIOC centers from Westco Lube, a manufacturer of automobile parts and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I joined Valvoline as a franchisee more than 20 years ago, and looking back now, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
