Refinitiv completed the acquisition of The Red Flag Group.

Refinitiv, a global provider of financial markets data and infrastructure, completed the acquisition of The Red Flag Group, a company providing business consulting services on a contract or fee basis. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting combination for customers of both companies as we will be bringing together the capabilities of two highly complementary businesses.
