Dun & Bradstreet, a global provider of business decisioning data and analytics, completed the acquisition of Bisnode, a data and analytics firm, from Ratos, a private equity firm, and Bonnier, a privately held Swedish media group, for $818m. “We are pleased to bring Bisnode into the Dun & Bradstreet family following a nearly two-decade strategic alliance.
