H.I.G. Capital completed the acquisition of Hart & Cooley from Johnson Controls.

Private equity firm H.I.G. Capital completed the acquisition of Hart & Cooley, a manufacturer of HVAC and air distribution products, from Johnson Controls, an American Irish-domiciled multinational conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited that H.I.G. has committed to investing in our business. They have a successful track record of adding value to companies like ours.
