Ricoh completed the acquisition of MTI Technology from Endless.

Ricoh Europe, a European unit of Ricos that provides document services, consulting, software and hardware to businesses, completed the acquisition of MTI Technology, a technology services and solutions provider, from Endless, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a genuine game changer in the IT Services space and fits perfectly with Ricoh’s strategy to transform into a digital services company. MTI Technology has a very strong and capable Board of Directors and European management team and they will all maintain their current roles and responsibilities.
