Snow Phipps Group-backed Brook & Whittle to acquire Innovative Labeling Solutions and Wizard Labels.

Snow Phipps Group-backed Brook & Whittle, a provider of sustainable pressure sensitive and shrink sleeve prime labels, agreed to acquire Innovative Labeling Solutions and Wizard Labels, two labeling solutions providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to acquire leading providers of digital and custom online prime label solutions in North America.
