IK Investment Partners to acquire a majority stake in You Sure from Synergia Capital Partners.

Private equity firm IK Investment Partners agreed to acquire a majority stake in You Sure, a Dutch insurance distribution platform, from Synergia Capital Partners, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Synergia, and with their support we have achieved our three-year plan in just 18 months.
