Twin Point Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Frontpoint Security, a provider of premium do-it-yourself home security and smart home technology in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Twin Point team has a long history of successfully helping management teams achieve their goals by providing both investment capital and strategic guidance.
