ICG completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in AREAT from ENGIE and Mitsui.

Infrastructure Capital Group, a specialist infrastructure fund management firm, completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Australian Renewable Energy Trust, a newly established energy trust joint venture between ENGIE and Mitsui. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ICG’s long-term vision and expertise in the sector will help ENGIE ANZ build more renewable energy projects in Australia, while supporting the ongoing operations of our assets,” Gary Brown, ENGIE Australia and New Zealand Chief Financial Officer.
