BlueVoyant to acquire Managed Sentinel.

BlueVoyant, an expert-driven cybersecurity services company, agreed to acquire Managed Sentinel, a cybersecurity consulting company with expertise in a wide area of security architecture. Financial terms were not disclosed. Managed Sentinel strengthens BlueVoyant's ability to better serve Microsoft customers globally, while enabling Managed Sentinel to leverage BlueVoyant's threat intelligence and managed detection and response capabilities.
