TRUE Fitness Technology, a manufacturer of premium fitness equipment, completed the acquisition of Octane Fitness an elliptical design company, from Nautilus, the American worldwide marketer, developer, and manufacturer of fitness equipment brands, for $29m. “Octane’s history is based on a passion for fitness and innovation. We believe this aligns with TRUE’s own 40 years of expertise and dedication to superior products, dealers and end users. The addition of the Octane product line will further strengthen TRUE’s product offerings.
