Dubin Clark-backed EMPI completed the acquisition of RacingLine Group.

Dubin Clark-backed EMPI, a provider of aftermarket automotive parts, completed the acquisition of RacingLine Group, a provider of premium, branded, high-performance parts and software for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles.
