KKR completed the acquisition of a 37.39% stake in TSK for $386m.

KKR completed the acquisition of a 37.39% stake in TSK, a water sewage treatment company, from SK Discovery, which wholesales and distributes natural gas, SK Engineering & Construction, a construction engineering company, and Huvis, a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of polyester fibers, for $386m.
