Axcel, a Nordic private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Ventab, Ventilationsprojekt and Installationsbolaget, three providers of ventilation and building automation services, to create Currentum, which will specialise in heating, ventilation, health and safety, sprinkler systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Ventab, Ventilationsprojekt and Installationsbolaget are all excellent installation businesses well known in their regions for provision of reliable and high-quality installation services.
