CriticalPoint Capital completed the acquisition of United E&C from AECOM.

CriticalPoint Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of United E&C, a power construction division of AECOM, an American multinational engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "United continues our 115-year heritage of providing end-to-end engineering and construction services to the power industry.
