SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust, the first UK-listed investment company of its kind to invest exclusively in the energy efficiency sector, completed the acquisition of Värtan Gas Stockholm, the owner of the established, operational and regulated gas distribution network for Stockholm, for c.£100m ($129m).
