Moody's to acquire Acquire Media from Naviga.

Moody's, an American business and financial services company, agreed to acquire Acquire Media, an aggregator and distributor of curated real-time news, multimedia, data, and alerts, from Naviga, a provider of content engagement solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Acquire Media plays an integral role in the dissemination of real-time news and information. The acquisition bolsters our ability to provide customers with counterparty screening and surveillance, as well as early warning insights to help them make better decisions," Stephen Tulenko, Moody’s Analytics President.
