Innova Capital completed the acquisition of the Romanian business of PayPoint for $61m.

Innova Capital, a global investor with a focus on disruptive innovations, completed the acquisition of the Romanian business of PayPoint, a British business offering a system for paying bills, for $61m. “Consistent with the step-change in our UK-focused strategy, we are pleased to have completed the sale of PayPoint Romania.
