Lion Equity Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of distributors of linens T-Y Group and Harbor Linen from Bed Bath & Beyond, an American chain of domestic merchandise retail stores. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The company is a highly strategic fit with our existing portfolio company, Riegel Linen.
