Pfizer to acquire Arixa Pharmaceuticals.

Pfizer, a pharmaceutical corporation, through its Hospital business, agreed to acquire Arixa Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through this acquisition, Pfizer will advance the development program for Arixa’s leading asset, ARX-1796.
