Intermediate Capital Group completed the acquisition of Puertas Sanrafael and Puertas Castalla.

Intermediate Capital Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of interior door manufacturers Puertas Sanrafael and Puertas Castalla. Financial terms were not disclosed. This merger creates a new European Group, with 1.1k employees and a consolidated turnover of around $166m. It will enable CMAI to acquire the know-how and resources necessary to pursue its growth strategy in the field of interior doors in France, successfully initiated in 2018.
