Arezzo & Co to acquire Grupo Reserva for $134m.

Arezzo & Co, a company that designs, develops and distributes footwear, handbags and accessories for women, agreed to acquire Grupo Reserva, an apparel retailer, for $134m. “We are a group of young people willing to think and do things differently in a traditional market. I am very proud that the combination between Arezzo & Co and the Reserva Group is already born as the largest house of brands in the Brazilian market," Rony Meisler, Reserve Founder.
