1847 Goedeker, an e-commerce destination for appliances, furniture, home goods, and related products, agreed to acquire Appliances Connection, a retailer of household appliances in the US, for $210m. “Our highly efficient nationwide delivery and installation operation and our strong presence in the northeastern United States provides us with important competitive advantages.
