Francisco Partners completed the acquisition of Forcepoint, a provider of cybersecurity solutions that protect the critical data and networks, from Raytheon Technologies, an aerospace and defense manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have followed Forcepoint for years and have a deep appreciation for its outstanding portfolio of innovative security products.
