Astorg Partners and Montagu-backed Nemera, a drug delivery devices provider, agreed to acquire Copernicus, a provider of injection devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition we establish an operations footprint in Eastern Europe. In order to accompany Copernicus’ solid forecasted growth we will work together to build a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Szczecin, Poland," Nemera.
