Ace Management, a recruitment consulting firm, completed the investment in Aries Alliance Group, a provider of machines and presses for hot-forming and stretch forming of hard metals. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The arrival of Ace in the capital of the group ensures us to get through the current crisis in the best conditions possible with a partner who fully understands the aviation market as a whole," Eric Guyon, Aries Alliance President.
