PSG to acquire a majority stake in Signaturit Solutions.

Providence Strategic Growth, an affiliate of Providence Equity Partners, an American global private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Signaturit Solutions, a provider of cloud-based Trust Services that offers eSignature, eDelivery and eID solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Signaturit’s scalable technology platform and understanding of their customers’ needs has led them to develop an innovative integrated solution that positions the company at the forefront of electronic digital security and identity verification,” Romain Railhac, PSG Director.
