MedAdvisor completed the acquisition of Adheris from Syneos Health for $34,5m.

MedAdvisor, a virtual pharmacist software provider, completed the acquisition of Adheris, a provider of patient performance programs, from Syneos Health, a fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization, for $34,5m. MedAdvisor will simultaneously arrange a placement with institutional investors, who may also be invited to subscribe for any shortfall under the institutional entitlement offer.
