OpenGate Capital completed the acquisition of Aurotech.

OpenGate Capital, a global private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Aurotech, a provider of digital services and business solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “OpenGate Capital is a great partner for Aurotech and through this investment we have a unique opportunity to continue building on the brand and the legacy we have created.
