Infinex Group completed the acquisition of Repoly from Global Solutions.

Infinex Group, a German plastics processing company, completed the acquisition of REPOLY, a company focused on recycling plastics processing waste & surplus to manufacture recycled compounds at the same or higher product quality level, from Global Solutions, a production and trading company in the plastics recycling/upcycling industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of REPOLY, Infinex will complement its offering with recycled products that are more and more replacing new raw materials in plastics production. Infinex will integrate REPOLY into its procurement processes as one strategic pillar for the combined group’s operations.
