Leonard Green & Partners to acquire Service Logic from Warburg Pincus.

Leonard Green & Partners, a private equity investment firm, agreed to acquire Service Logic, an independent provider of aftermarket maintenance, repair and replacement services for commercial HVAC equipment, from Warburg Pincus.
